Beautiful funeral for my grandfather Clyde pleasant staffLost 1 star for the video of the prossesion was horribly angled and out of the ton of cameras in the building only 2 were used couldn’t see anything shame because his wife really wanted certain things shown for keep sake

Great place to go if you like pensioners being pushed to tears and being manipulated into going against their loved ones final wishes because it makes the business an extra buck. The guy who manages their social media even had the nerve to argue with me and claim that the abhorrent treatment we received was because the funeral director doesn't like to do things the way you wanted". Is this the funeral directors loved one or ours? I'm still shocked not only that they made my mother cry with their cruelty but also that they dug their heels in and continued to argue with the bereaved instead of taking a moment to think about what the hell they were doing and apologise. An absolute disgrace.I'm sure you fawn all over people who buy ten thousand dollar caskets but calling my grieving

Our mum had a service here and everyone was helpful friendly everything went smoothly and ran to time I would recommend them any time our father passed away awhile back it was great thenOur family would recommend them any timeThankyou all for great time with us to celebrate her passingEsther (nee weatherill)

Openly rude to the point of cruelty towards people who don't have or want to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars

After requesting that she be notified in advance when dad would be cremated so we could arrange a gathering at home, all mum got was radio silence.She called to see when it would be going ahead and was cheerily told that the cremation had already been done. I emailed my polite disappointment to Archers and mum later got a call. The same woman who had visited the house told mum she had left a voicemail. Mum then reminded her that she had said their voicemail doesn't work at home, and had given her mobile number which the rep wrote in her customer file whilst standing on mum's doorstep.They had all the info, they didn't call. There are no second chances in these situations and raging won't change the outcome, but the disappointment is going to last a long time.Not paying attention and then thinking a voicemail will cut it doesn't get it done. Given the lack of response I guess their take is they've been paid, job done, and beyond that they don't care.Pretty pathetic treatment and indicative of Invocare.
