We found Bowra & O’Dea to be professional and sympathetic at what was a very difficult time for our family. Our options were clearly explained and Bowra & O’Dea were happy to go the extra mile to accommodate all of our individual and very specific requirements. The facilities are excellent and the staff we had assisting us were all very emotionally intelligent and conscientious. From our initial contact everyone acted appropriately and treated all the family and our attendees with the utmost respect. We were very impressed with the service provided and the final send off for Dad.

Gerard, Isabelle and the team were absolutely amazing, highly professional and helped my family and I to organise a wonderful Hindu funeral service to send off my mother. As I had travelled interstate I had to coordinate everything in quarantine - Gerard made the whole process smooth and straight forward which I really appreciated. He was also very patient with all the requests coming through from many family members.The service itself was so well coordinated, beautifully presented and very respectful to my mother, family and Hindu religion.I would give 7 stars if I could. First time planning a funeral, it was quite difficult, Raelene was very helpful and took me step by step through every aspect. Thankyou to her, Lynda and the rest of the team at Seasons funeral canningvale for a memorable experience. Even small things i forgot to ask about on the day of the funeral; they had prepared for me. I have nothing bad to say at all about them. Would recommend to anyone who is planning a funeral and needs a caring and understanding team by their side.

I had my Uncle cremated here he lived on his own in Perth I live in England and they helped me arrange his funeral and I cannot fault them they made this so easy. Can't thank them enough.Fantastic service very professional.

Upon passing of our beloved grandfather - Jimmy. Our family entrusted Gift Of Grace to take carriage of our funeral arrangement. Special shout out to Tenille and Stacey whose meticulous arrangements for our funeral went very smoothly. Feedback was beyond belief from our guests and relatives attending from Singapore, it was such a warm and wonderful send off for our grandfather and we wouldn't have trusted any other funeral director to have dealt with our funeral arrangements. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

My brother recently passed and my mum, nephews and I needed help in organising the funeral. John stepped us through it calmly and practically. John has been doing this for many years and it shows in his presentation, caring and compassionate approach. He even scheduled a meeting on a Sunday so that my nephews understood the process we were about to embark on. The extended team of Kylie and Kath were tremendous help with organising the music, photo presentation and bookmarks. Nothing was ever an issue. I asked lots of questions! I was so very grateful for their help. John's eulogy, with our input, was above my expectations showing his expertise on such things. The feedback from family and friends cemented our view that my brothers funeral was the best one they had ever been to. I would entrust John and the team to organise our next funeral which we know is coming upon us soon.

I cannot recommend Lawnswood enough. I recently visited Lawnswood to transfer my dog's ashes after a very disappointing experience with another cremation/urn company. I was absolutely shattered and heartbroken. Every step of the way with Lawnswood felt respectful and kind - from the email, phone call, reception and pick-up. Thank you so much for all that you do and for being so sensitive, gentle, patient and kind.
